I wonder if the minimalistic book is the reason for stockfish's losses and if it is better for stockfish to use no book in order to get 100 draws at 4+2 against the same opponent or maybe you need longer time control for 100 draws.

The direct cause is the amazing experience file (deep stat series) used as an opening book by Dark SisTer 4.6 bmi2 (otherwise a SF clone with a few modifications). When SF will be able to draw such a match (and that day seems close) then my interest in clones will disappear. The best result was obtained by SF 16 (only 4 defeats and 96 draws):
