1. You probably want to move to a Solid State Drive (SSD) at some point: fragmentation doesn't matter for these

2. I think your computer performance will improve noticeably after defragging your C: drive

3. Always use the same defrag tool: different tools use different algorithms, and you might end up doing a big defrag just because you're using a different tool!

The C-drive on that PC is HDD but I have 10Tb SSD on that PC as well.
