I am so sick of these viruses. Congo should have been easy to conquer and make them vaccinated.

The trouble with Africa is that it is being targeted by multiple countries for mineral exploitation. The Russians in particular have no problem whatsoever with what means they use to get control of a government that has mineral resources.
