Jonathan, made a special version for you, download POLY17b. Using "Make Analyzed Book" you now also can choose to make a white or black book. Let me know if this is what you want(ed).

Can I use Stockfish 13 with poly somehow?
Same question for the tool Annotator.
And If I can what version of Stockfish 13 do I need to download?

Sure, I already use SF13 in Annotator. Just copy SF13 in the Annotate and POLY folder and change engine with the option (E)ngine before you start the analysis.
