Where did Ethereal went wrong after 106..Qe7+ ?

The error happened on move 112. Qf6? The move here f4 would still draw the game.

This is the type of positions were the computer fails without perfect play. I am not sure what, if any TB were used in this game. But with 7 man TB, the error would not have been played by Ethereal.

And the same can be said for Stockfish. As it also made errors in the endgame. That 7 man TB probes see instantly.
