IMO we're getting it absolutely right on the Island Of Immunity: everyone who wanted to be vaccinated now has been, and everyone is being exposed to delta in preparation for the new lambda wave, which seems to be able to overcome vaccination.
Our goverment only does something when number of people in hospital increases dramatically. But then they are too late with their measures. All history repeating. I give up.
They are telling now that 15000 is possible. That will be an amazing record for the Netherlands. Also politicians saying wir haben es nicht gewusst. They say that two weeks ago it was the best logical decision. But two weeks ago delta variation was already growing rapidly. They should have learned from situation in Brittain.

Its funny to see those people who had traveled somewhere, behave like idiots and then claim: we did not know.
Without a brain in the head you can of course not see anything forward. The people know how to travel by plane and ignore warnings. But they are very stupid if it is about thinking of consequences .
Visit the Netherlands to test whether your vaccinations are working. Last week R greater than 2 No entrance allowed then just give them 50 Euro extra and doorman will let you through whether you have covid or not. That's how he gets his salary. Can't let them work for poor mans money.
