Which engine is best in giving a big material handicap against other chess engines?

I would like to see some handicap rating list for that purpose when the opponents are always weak engines below 2000 ccrl rating and their opponents play without a rook or without a queen.

Is there a tool that can help to generate a rating list?

Basically there needs to be a new rating list created to get that insight.

Started a small experiment, knight odds Komodo Dragon and Stockfish 14 versus a pool of 2700-2730 elo rated engines.
