That's unforgivable behaviour: the problem is that Belgium was occupied by Germany in WWII and picked up their culture. Now it's run by Nazzis (N) who are inciting hatred towards Dutch speakers, and organising attacks against them.
Talking, gathering evidence, or even asking the UN to send a peacekeeping force will all be useless (the UN is controlled by N don't you know), so your country has no choice whatsoever: start building an invasion force on the border. Don't worry about complaints: until the night before the invasion, just tell everyone it's legitimate military exercises.
THAT'S the way to deal with neighbouring countries who don't show the respect they should.
Oh - and after the invasion has started, you won't want your enjoyment to be spoiled by people whining - so make demonstrations illegal. Actually, just for good measure, make it illegal to call it a war as well. As another good measure, lie to the little people in the Netherlands about it over and over and over: that keeps the complaints down as well.
When Belgium is officially part of the Netherlands, don't stop there - go after the Nordics! Denmark first, then Norway, Sweden and Finland in quick succession. Then you'll be big and strong enough, with experienced forces, to take on bigger European countries. Just keep going! Maybe France? Conquer them and you'll have nukes - which you will need: an important part of the 2022 fuck-faced arsehole playbook is to threaten everyone who might oppose you with these weapons on a daily basis.
