A new tournament with two 4 kb new programs

I have done an (interesting) tournament with the programs 4ku 4.0 and ice4 4.0, which are only 4 kb in size and are currently in the finals at TCEC. Atlas, Cheng and ChessbrainVB are current versions.

Very interesting. 4096 bytes are not really much

How does this 4Kb executable challenge work, for instance, is the engine still allowed to use 128Mb hash tables ?

Both engines know the necessary UCI commands, they are multiprocessor capable, and they use hashtables.
