I have downloaded a collection of SF12 games at he bottom of this page:

It is a collection of 48.713 Stockfish 12 games.
Where are these games derived from?

Can I find somewhere an update of these games, with the newest games?

Look into the headers of the PGN. There is no updated version yet.
