Hi Ed,

good luck with your new forum!!
I will read it ...

Can be used for information from my next tourney because ...
FCP Qualify Tourney-2021 ... your engine is on the list of participants (44 engines participate).

Best
Frank

Hi Robert,

I will try out the forum tomorrow with the final results from FCP Tourney-2020 ... after 41.000x 42 minutes games played. At the moment I am working on new speed-site. A position I check with all engines I have in my link selection (around 90). Most participate for the next tourneys. So, the programmers can check the speed on Intel i9-10900 4.9Ghz. I believe it's better to give such information if many engines will play bigger tourneys.

My next will be the FCP Qualify Tourney-2021. Two engines more added, now with 46 engines. Will be start December 01st, 2020. I am using a new FTP client. Interesting users can follow the tourney. Each two minutes the tournament-table (*.html), the result file (*.sto) and the *.pgn file will be uploaded. Maybe during the tourney each 4 minutes (if the PGN file is bigger).

The three links I can later added in the forum if ready for take-off.
A lot of work at the moment ...

So Ed can used the links (without statistics from my site, three easy files) and can set the three links on a good position. So the visitors for this new forum have a small December-Chess-Event.

Later ...

Best
Frank

Ah, Ed can check that.

On my website I will start a second test for the new FTP client. In the past different testers used FTP-Trigger. But FTP-Trigger is very buggy and crashed often with Windows 10. No passive mode and not compatible to modern server. The new FTP client works perfect.

So, I will start in the next 1-2 hours a small tourney. Will be run around 28 hours. Wasp 4.08 dev vs. the biggest rivals (programs with around the same strength). Ed can see the three files I am speaking before and the three links for the test-tourney.

In around 1-2 hours I will start it ...

Wasp 4.08, Arasan 20.1.0, Pedone 2.1, Combusken 1.4.0, GullChess 3.0 with Syzygy support and a fast compile and Winter 0.9. Each one vs. each other 20 games on Intel i9-10900k with 4.9Ghz, 300 games for the small tourney or 100 games per engine. 512Mb hash, 5-man and 20 minutes per game and 5 seconds Fischer bonus.

Best
Frank

Hi there,

here are the three links to the Wasp test-tourney:

Updated each 2-minutes.
Runtime around 28 hours!

Again, a small test-tourney only (testing the FTP client-software and of course Wasp).
Have a look in the message I wrote before!

Tournament-table (*.html):
https://www.amateurschach.de/fling/wasp_408_test-03.html

Result file (*.sto) ... with X you can see the still running matches!
https://www.amateurschach.de/fling/wasp_408_test-03.sto

PGN:

For the readers ...
Have a nice weekend!

Best
Frank
