I am guessing the iFrame markup for the video came from YouTube itself.
You actually need to click on the YouTube button and paste the video URL, because these forums actually use a kind of "forum markup language" which then gets translated into hypertext markup language (HTML) when you click "Send". YouTube's code assumes you have access to the raw HTML, which you don't in a forum.
